Lori Godshalk has been a licensed real estate agent since August, 2004 and joined Eagle River Realty, LLC in January, 2008.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Lori graduated from Hamilton Central School, attended college in Utica, and then lived in Syracuse for a few years before returning to her hometown.
Lori and her husband, Mark, have one son, Brad, and daughter in law Emily, who are currently residing in Ann Arbor, MI.
Lori is familiar with the area and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. As a buyer’s agent, she will listen carefully to your needs, find the properties that fit your criteria, and provide you with professional and reliable service throughout the entire home buying process.
Lori also works as a seller’s agent and will manage the sale of your property from start to finish, utilizing the tools necessary in today’s market to introduce your property to potential buyers.
